The Callum Mills Award was introduced in the 2022 season by the Sydney Swans for junior football clubs in their region. It is named after the Sydney Swans player and now captain, who played junior football in the AFL Sydney Juniors competition was a graduate of the Sydney Swans Academy. Callum Mills is renowned for his courage & sportsmanship on-field and these characteristics is what this award recognises.
Weekly Callum Mills certificates are awarded to each of our teams to the player for game play effort and sportsmanship each week. The player across the club with the most number of weekly certificates across the club at the end of the season is the recipient of the Callum Mills Award.
