SUMMARY:TC Plays Game 100!
DESCRIPTION:This Sunday (7 May)\, Tara Coopman “TC” will play her 100th game for the club and in doing so will become the first North West Lightning player to reach this milestone! \n\n\nWe invite all & sundry to attend her milestone game. It is set to be a magnificent celebration & we encourage everyone to get along. \n\n\n NWL U16YG Div 1 v Maroubra Saints \n Sunday 7 May 2023 \n 1:00pm (don’t be late to see her run on) \n Rofe Park\, Hornsby Heights \n\n\nTC joined the Hornsby Berowra Eagles in 2017 & played her first season in their U9 team. 2018 saw the first North West Lightning U10 age group team formed & TC managed to play in both this team & an HBE U10 mixed team. Since then\, she has played exclusively in North West Lightning girls teams. \n\n\nTC is a talented football player – having regularly played up age groups across her time as a football player & is currently in the Sydney Swans Academy. Not only is TC a player\, but an umpire too! \n\n\nTC has been recognised with numerous awards over her playing career to date\, as follows: \n\n\n2017 \n Under 9 HBE Coaches Award \n\n\n2018 \n Under 10 NWL Best & Fairest \n\n\n2019 \n Under 12 NWL Players Player \n\n\n2020 \n Under 12 NWL Players Player \n\n\n2021 \n AFL Sydney Juniors Best First Year Umpire – North West \n\n\n2022 \n HBE Club Player of the Year \n Under 14 Div 1 AFL Sydney Juniors (Sydney Harbour) Best & Fairest Runner Up \n Under 14 Div 1 NWL Most Consistent Player \n Under 16 Div 3 NWL Player of the Finals \n\n\n2023 \n U15 Youth Girls Sydney Swans Academy
