ALYSSA HURD CELEBRATES 50 GAMES!
Congratulations to Alyssa Hurd who celebrated her 50th game today at Ern Holmes Oval with the North West Lightning U14YG Div 3 team and in doing so became the 8th girl in the history of our club to reach this milestone.
Alyssa started in Auskick at HBE in 2017, loving the cold Sunday mornings at Rofe and running around with her friends!
She then played in the U8 & U9s for the Eagles before moving on the Northwest Lightning in U10s.
Alyssa solidified herself as a strong defender & anchor of the backline (she loves to tackle!) in U12s and took out the NWL U12 Red team Best and Fairest in 2022.
Alyssa finds herself in the NWL U14 Division 3 team in 2023 where her love of footy continues!
Alyssa would like to make special thanks to all of her coaches over the years – Tim, Brad, Daniel, Leonard, Eamonn & Ben.
Well done Alyssa from everyone at the Eagles!
